Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet chocolates, Malley’s Chocolates cannot accept returns; however, we are committed to your total satisfaction and will replace or refund any order that does not arrive in perfect condition.

Upon delivery, please examine your chocolate package for any signs of damage or heat-related melting that may have occurred during transit.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged product and shipping carton.
